Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. All orders placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time will ship out the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following day. All weekend orders ship the following Monday. Please note that all shipping services and times only apply to Business Days.
When you register and create an account on our site you can easily contact us and reference your order, as well as conveniently view order history, manage gift codes, track orders, manage a wishlist for future purchases and more.
Orders are shipped via UPS Delivery Service and customers are emailed confirmation once the order has been placed to let you know the order successfully received and again when the package has been shipped with tracking information provided.
All packages ship from Charlotte, North Carolina 28203 with fast and affordable ground shipping anywhere within the continental United States. View the map below for estimated delivery times. Charotte, NC is centrally located on the East Coast of the US enabling us to reach many destinations within 1-3 Business days using ground transit.
To calculate shipping costs, place the items you wish to order in your Shopping Cart, and view the cart page with link at bottom labeled "Estimated Shipping Charges." A window will pop up where you can enter your shipping address and view shipping charges for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, as well as Next Day Air. Continue the checkout process to finalize your selection.
PLEASE NOTE: P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses do not qualify for UPS Ground. To ensure your satisfaction, prevent errors and shipping delays, we suggest using a physical address and selecting UPS when possible.

Due to the limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we cannot issue cash refunds for online sales. All returns will be authorized at the discretion of Black Sheep and return shipping will be paid at the customers expense.
Shipping fees are non refundable.

All goods must be returned in original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition.
All returns must be accompanied by your original packing list/ receipt.
All returns must be received by Black Sheep within 30 days of the invoice date.
Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. Should there be an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a refund to your credit card.

Black Sheep Gift Cards are available for purchase in any amount in-store. Online Gift Certificates are avialble in amounts of $25, $50, $75 and $100. In-store Gift Cards are promptly mailed when purchased via USPS. Online Gift Cerficates are available for use immediately after purchase. Your receipt will list a numeric code to enter during checkout. All Gift Certificates are good for 1 year from date of purchase. If interested in purchasing a Black Sheep Gift Certificate, visit our Gift Certificate page and select your option.
To use your Black Sheep Gift Certficiate online you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code printed on your receipt into the "Gift Card" section found on at the bottom of your account page or during checkout. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your account as credit, available for you to use on any following transactions.
Unfortunately, during Phase 1 of our new site launch, we are not shipping internationally. Currently we are shipping to locations within the continental United States only. However, we plan to offer International options in our Phase 2 launch coming soon.
